Todd I. Glass

Practice Summary: 

Mr. Glass joined Fine & Hatfield in 1995 after practicing seven years in Muncie, Indiana. Since joining the firm, Mr. Glass has represented individuals and businesses with significant focus on estate planning and administration, trust planning and administration, guardianships, and adoptions. As a trust and estate planning attorney, Mr. Glass regularly advises clients on the effective reduction of death and inheritance taxes and probate avoidance techniques.

Mr. Glass also represents businesses of all sizes, especially closely-held family owned business in a variety of industries. He is active in the Warrick County community, and is active in municipal law and represents municipal and local government entities.

Mr. Glass has been certified as an Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer since 2007, as a specialist in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board. Currently he is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Evansville where he teaches Probate Law in the Department of Legal Studies.
